This delicious korma is a quick-fix with paneer and potatoes.With minimum ingredients and time,I guess this can easily be anyone’s favorite !
2 medium sized potatoes / aloo, diced
150 gm paneer,diced
1 cup coconut milk
1 small piece of ginger,crushed
4 green chillies,sliced
3/4 tsp garam masala
handful of coriander leaves,chopped
1/2 tsp lime juice
salt,oil as required
Cook the diced potatoes and keep.Heat oil in a kadai or medium pan and roast the chopped onion till transparent.Add the crushed ginger and green chillies. Continue roasting till brown and the raw smell disappears.Drop the garam masala powder and cooked potatoes to this and roast till light brown.Now add the paneer pieces and roast for two more minutes.This should be done in low flame.Pour coconut milk and bring to a boil.Reduce the flame and cook for 3-5 minutes.Add salt and check the seasoning.Switch off and sprinkle the lime juice.Serve with roti/appam/phulka.
